基金会成立缘由

Why we set up the foundation 

In loving memory of Liang and to honor and celebrate his life, this foundation is established to carry forward his legacy by helping the Chinese LGBTQ+ community members in North America who experience extreme life or financial difficulties.

资助用途与范围

Funding scope 

The scope of the funding will cover but not limited to 1. Accident 2. Severe illness 3 Other emergency needs. The Foundation Committee will have annual discussion to amend the scope at its discretion.

Donation

For donations:

1. Mail check to Chinese Rainbow Network address(88 Greenwich St, Apt 512, New York NY 10006). 

2. Electronic payments (PayPal, Chase QuickPay®, or Zelle®) to donation@crn.ngo

使用资金申请

Application for using the fund 

If you need funding from us, please contact donation@crn.ngo with your name and current application will be reviewed on a case by case manner.  The Foundation Committee may request additional information for approval.

资金发放流程

Process

Once the application is approved, CRN Finance department will handle all payments including wire/venmo/paypal/wechat pay.

Bookkeeping: All records of donation/distribution will be maintained and send to the Committee for review periodically
